My Bigger Why
As a therapist and educator, I’ve seen how societal pressures—rooted in patriarchy and capitalism —uniquely impact women in their pursuit of autonomy, pleasure, and fulfilling relationships. For too long, intimacy has been shaped by expectations of self-sacrifice, external validation, self objectification, and performative expectations -- leaving many women feeling disconnected from themselves, their personal wellness, pleasure, and satisfying relationships.
I created Pleasure for Pleasers for Professionals to help women address these systemic challenges head-on. This program is my response to the overwhelming need for therapists to better understand how societal forces influence disempowering people pleasing and perfectionism in our intimate lives.  This is your guide to support your female clients by providing psychoeducation and tools for empowerment and meaningful change.
By focusing on breaking free from people-pleasing, perfectionism, and unhelpful societal influences and relationship patterns, my goal is to help women rediscover self leadership, embrace authenticity, and find joy in intimacy. Together, we can rewrite the narrative of what it means to experience true pleasure and connection. Â
