Â
Hi, and welcome to my page dedicated to continuing education and professional resources for clinicians! Â I'm a therapist, private practice owner, and neurodivergent-affirming educator and activist who specializes in providing individual, couples, and sex therapy to adults and couples.
With over 15 years of clinical experience, I am passionate about creating supportive, affirming spaces where introspection becomes a catalyst for positive identity development, deepened self-trust, and access to one’s innate strengths and creativity—all in service of helping clients reach their therapy goals and build fulfilling, values-aligned lives.
Over the past several years, I have developed educational resources to help clinicians understand how systemic factors contribute to clients’ presenting concerns.  I created Pleasure for Pleasers, an online program that explores how patriarchy and capitalism shape—and often suppress—women’s sexual desire, pleasure, and paths to liberation.
I also created the Neurodivergent Affirming Trainings for Clinicians, as well as the Neurodivergent Strengths and Traits Workbook: Resourcing and Affirming Care for ADHD’ers and Autistics, which offers an alternative to the medical model of disability by challenging systemic ableism and providing a framework for affirming, effective care. The workbook is designed to support positive identity development by resourcing—rather than pathologizing—neurodivergent traits, helping clients navigate a world that often fails to understand, value, or accommodate their differences.
I am deeply invested in addressing these systemic barriers by critically examining the cultural and structural forces that limit the mental health field through pathologizing and non-inclusive practices.
In my therapy practice, I aim to integrate models that are affirming, inclusive, trauma-informed, strengths-based, liberation-focused, and sex-positive. At the upcoming AASECT Conference in June 2025, I will offer insights into how masking—often rooted in moral injury—impacts intimacy, access to pleasure, sexual expression, and relationship negotiation in ADHDers and Autistics.Â
