Many mental health professionals want to offer affirming care to ADHD’ers and Autistics—but traditional training often focuses on deficits, disorders, and compliance over dignity. This course helps professionals reframe neurodivergent traits, understand their clients through the social model of disability, and make ethical, inclusive treatment decisions that reduce harm.
Grounded in cultural humility, polyvagal-informed care, and the minority stress model, this training teaches you how to:

  • âś… Apply strengths-based frameworks to case conceptualization
  • âś… Align goals and interventions with client identity, values, and needs

 

Mission Statement: Healthy Wealthy Connections, LLC provides inclusive, ethics-aligned continuing education for clinicians through our Neurodivergent-Affirming Clinicians Series. Our trainings are grounded in principles of social justice, accessibility, and affirming care for diverse client populations, with a focus on neurodivergent mental health and identity development.
